Description
Thallus
Foliose, up to 10 cm in diameter, lobes 1–2 mm wide, well-attached to the substrate, often covered with numerous white spots (macules) clearly visible with a magnifying glass, especially on moist thallus

Whitish-grey to bluish-grey when dry, blue-green when wet (4)

Apothecia: abundant, 2–3 mm in diameter, pruinose black-brown disk
